Debi Carroll has trouble answering the question, “Where are you from?” She has lived in Malaysia, U.P. Michigan, Connecticut, Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Texas, and (briefly) Egypt. Currently she resides in Boston, where she is pursuing her M.F.A. in Film Production at Boston University.
